Built by the original owner, this house had some quirky features, including a dated kitchen that was closed off from the rest of the space.  Earthbound Architecture’s kitchen remodel accommodates gatherings as easily as everyday use, and includes removing a bearing wall and column to create a great room that flows smoothly from the kitchen through to the dining and living room space. Earthbound Architecture worked closely with the owners and cabinet manufacturer to create a kitchen that has all the modern amenities while featuring a flowing kitchen island and integral counter drainage at the sink.

In addition to the kitchen remodel, both bathrooms were updated, with the master bath being transformed into a rain forest oasis with natural light, hanging plants and steam shower. Behind the scenes a new RO water system was installed providing filtered water for plants and steam shower as well as both hot and cold RO water at the kitchen sink.
